Malik Stationary strives to maintain accurate product listings and stock availability. However, we reserve the right to:

• Limit the quantity of any item available for purchase
• Correct any pricing errors before a sale is finalized

4. Pricing & payment

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank transfer / mobile payment (JazzCash, EasyPaisa)
• Debit or credit card (where available)

5. No refund & no exchange policy

All sales at Malik Stationary are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items once a purchase has been completed. 6. Customer conduct

All customers are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and other customers. Malik Stationary reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who:

• Engages in disrespectful, abusive, or threatening behavior

7. Limitation of liability

Malik Stationary shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our total liability to any customer shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.

Any personal information collected during a transaction (such as name or contact number) is used solely for the purpose of completing your purchase. We do not share, sell, or distribute customer information to any third party.

Malik Stationary reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version will always be available in-store.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from transactions with Malik Stationary shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan.
