By making a purchase at Malik Stationary — whether in-store or otherwise — the customer acknowledges and agrees that all sales are strictly final. No refund, return, or exchange will be accepted or processed under any circumstances after the purchase has been completed.

2. No refunds

Malik Stationary does not issue refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Accidental or duplicate purchase
• Item not meeting personal expectations
• Price difference after purchase

3. No exchanges

We do not offer exchanges of any kind. Items cannot be swapped for a different:

• Size, color, or variant
• Brand or model
• Product category

4. Damaged or defective items

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all items carefully at the time of purchase before completing payment. Once a sale is confirmed and the item has left our premises, Malik Stationary accepts no liability for any damage, defect, or discrepancy discovered afterward.

5. Customer responsibility

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the correct product, quantity, and condition before purchase. Our staff are available to assist with any questions prior to completing a transaction.

6. Policy acceptance

Proceeding with any purchase at Malik Stationary constitutes full acceptance of this policy. This policy is non-negotiable and applies to all customers equally.
