1. Shipping coverage
Malik Stationary ships orders across Pakistan, including all major cities and remote areas. Our primary dispatch location is our store on Sariab Road, Quetta. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
2. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Fridays, public holidays, or outside business hours will be processed on the next working day. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the order weight, size, and destination. Charges will be communicated to the customer before the order is confirmed. Malik Stationary reserves the right to offer free shipping on selected orders or promotions at its discretion.

The courier used for your order may vary depending on your location and availability at the time of dispatch.
6. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or phone call. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier's website or by contacting us directly.
7. Incorrect address & failed delivery
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address at the time of order. Malik Stationary is not responsible for:
- Delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information
- Parcels returned due to the recipient being unavailable
- Additional re-shipping costs resulting from address errors
8. Damaged in transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the parcel and its contents immediately upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours. We will work with the courier to investigate the matter. Please note that as per our No Refund & No Exchange Policy, we are unable to guarantee a replacement but will make every effort to assist.
9. Cash on delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available on selected orders and locations, subject to approval. COD orders require confirmation before dispatch. Malik Stationary reserves the right to decline COD requests at its discretion.
